Herbal Help for Colds & Flu
Collect mature leaves and dry them out of direct sunlight in a well ventilated place. When crispy dry, clip off the stems and crumble the leaves.
Prepare 1 pint of boiling hot water.
Use a stainless teaball, open it and pour in 1 tablespoon of packed dry crumbled red raspberry leaves. Or instead of using the teaball pour the crumbled leaves into the water.
Cover the tea container with a small towel to keep in the heat.
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain. Drink as is or sweeten with honey.
Refrigerate up to one day.
This is a safe tea that can be used everyday if desired.
It’s been used for thousands of years with no negative effects.
